Didnt get what i paid for!!
I booked it as a christmas gift for son & his girfriend. I paid for it & wanted we extras like prosecco, beer, chocolates left in room. When son & hid girlfriend arrived, they were asked for payment( though id paid hotel about 3 weeks before luckily i had invoice & had given same to my son). When they got to room..there was prosecco but no beer & no chocolates. I called hotel to alert them to this. Eventually the beer & a couple of chocolate wafer biscuits were left!! Very poor indeed. Apart from that, my son & his girlfriend said it was a very nice clean hotel.

Fantastic stay and so handy in terms of location
The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Gave us extra tips etc and gave us all the info we needed about the hotel services. Took care of our cases as well on day of departure. Very helpful, nothing too much trouble.

Great location
Lovely boutique hotel, brilliant location, frequent trams from the airport stop right outside.

Only downside was the bed, very creaky and also booked king-size bed but just got a standard.

Dissatisfying stay
Check in was fine. Receptionist was friendly and nice. We booked a junior suite. It was well decorated and of a reasonable size. Disappointing that the room was very cold when we arrived, despite upping the temperature via the control panel the room remained very cold all night. This was very disappointing and lead to a terrible sleep. Breakfast service was plesant and the food choice was good, Sadly my wife's breakfast came out cold but after a long wait we did not mention this at the time. The dining room was crowded and small there was a queue to be seated. I don't think we would ever choose ntonstaynat a Hotel Indigo was not terrible, but it was not as good as we had hoped.

Great central location
Great hotel. This is a quite small well-located option. The rooms we had far exceeded our expectations. And the staff were fantastic.
Natalie, gb1 night family trip
Very good 8.0
Comfortable room, lovely shower but no view.
Clean, comfortable room with a lovely decour. The rainfall shower and the comfy bed wetr definitely the best features. The view (or lack of it) was definitely the wirst feature. We seemed to be in the basement and could only see a little bit of sky if we craned our necks out the window. If you want to be able to see outside, don't stay in room 109!

Decent location, but not too clean
Location was decent, but the room was not well cleaned on arrival nor on a daily basis. We didn’t feel comfortable being in the room, especially with two young children.
