Eric at reception was exceptional. Super helpful and friendly. He fished out a Novotel teddy for our 2yo which is now part of the stuffed toys crew at home. Hotel has a little play area which is great if travelling with kids.

Great position, you can take tram A straight from the airport. Walkable to all of the main sites. Hotel is lovely and clean, we didnt eat breakfast there (got it from the Intermarché nearby) but spent some time in the bar area which is nice, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Good area very clean, but really need to provide more coffee options in room
Verified review

8/10 Very good

in general, good hotel, good location, friendly staff. On the downside, beds not so comfy, not sure the A/C worked (was hot), and the breakfast is too expensive, should be lower for people staying in the hotel, or should have 'family' packages

Location terrific. Room comfortable, beds great and all the right facilities in the room/ hotel. Like the new effort with environment friendly water bottles too. Well done Novotel. Great hotel option, our regular go to while in Bordeaux.
