Lovely property in a great location. Room was very comfortable and 5 minutes walk to the dog friendly beach which was great as we had a dog. Breakfast was high quality and very substantial also the patio by the stream with koi carp pond was a nice bonus. Lovely warm welcome from host, making everything very convenient. Room was very clean and tidy, and also noticed the bedding had a lovely floral smell. Morning breakfast time was a bit limited, but I guess itโ€™s not a hotel. Food itself was lovely though and freshly prepared. Lovely host and will definitely stay again when in the area.

Really peaceful area, with the beach practically across the road and an easy 5min walk into the little town of dymchurch. The Host was very accomodating and provided a lovely cooked breakfast, with toast and cereal too. Our room was lovely, very clean and had everything you needed for a stay, even some toiletries in the en suite bathroom! Would definitely recommend a stay here.
