Inner Harbour Hotel
Central hotel in the inner harbour. Rooms are a good size. However our booking regarding choice of room was messed up. So we can only give customer service a poor score

Reasonable budget hotel
Recently stayed here on a trip to Victoria. The hotel was in a great location although there were a few issues with the hotel itself. There was quite a big step up to access the en suite bathroom - not ideal for my 80 year old mother. The single elevator is small - one family with suitcases and it was full. The breakfast offered was with a third party supplier which was attached to the hotel. You had a choice of one dish of egg and potatoes with tea or coffee, no juice option. You could pay more to upgrade to a selection of dishes but it would be a better idea to go elsewhere for breakfast. On the plus side, the hotel staff were friendly and approachable and very eager to help. Overall, you would be better off paying the extra and staying at one of the many hotels nearby.

Needs a makeover
Location Location Location. The Hotel is rather tired and our 1st room was not exactly clean. The adjoining room doors are poorly soundproofed and there is little soundproofing to the main room door. Hence a lot of noise from doors slamming and people moving around from 0630 onwards. Not what you want whilst on a relaxing holiday.
