We had a lovely stay. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The bed was comfortable amd the breakfast was brilliant. The only slight thing was we asked for a quiet room and got one right at the front of the hotel and we could hear people shouting outside the front until the early hours but it was a Saturday night. Overall I would definitely recommend and will be back!
We booked this hotel and were disappointed to find we were staying in a 1 bedroom apartment 2 doors up! The apartment was very old fashioned but clean. Wouldn't book again
Great apart , everything you need, we were welcomed with choc dipped strawberries which was a lovely touch. Comfy bed and everything spotless
Very good stay. Great staff .Good food. Lovely good size room only place that needs work was bathroom the bath panel was damaged and room felt a bit dated
property tired i was sent to a room across the road was not advised in advance
Nice spacious rooms with character. Had live irish dance music in the bar midweek.
Staff were so helpful and lovely. And it's the staff in general (right from when I checked in at reception to the excellent service at the hotel restaurant (knife & fork grill) Also, the water and biscuits in the room was a lovely touch Excellent customer service. I would definitely stay here again
The hotel was comfortable. The single beds where very hard, and I found it hard to get much sleep.
The apartment was huge and was perfect from many perspectives. It was let down by a stained and stretched carpet in the bedroom and the kitchen facilities were slightly dated. However good value for money.
The staff were very helpful and nice .the apartments are damp and need updating .very musty smell .wouldnt class it as a 4star as the hotel is .very disappointing ,wouldn't stay here again
