3rd time visit.
3rd time at this hotel. Some work being done on outside so parking more restricted but we found a space. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Reassuring having a safe. I like the touch of having hot drinks available at all time in reception. Its good after a journey to gave hot cup of tea. Breakfast is very good, plenty of choice with friendly staff on hand if any help needed.

Stayed one night. The overall stay was good. Had a good night sleep and a very good breakfast. The cleanness was good, except for a small spot on a tray on a reclining chair which was sticky. I would stay again in the hotel.

I was impressed with the site, location and ease of location to where we vistied. Tje room cery impressive; from the furniture, Bath/shower. I loved it. We already have plans to return. Also, having the breakfast on site really helps our travel busgetw.

Place was clean but the staff was hard to understand she didn’t know English very well. I was double charged for my room and they tried to argue there way out of giving me a refund for the double charge

Only one night, but nice stay
The stay was nice, room clean, staff pleasant. Sanitizer in front of and inside elevator. Big screen TV and large comfortable sofabed with L-shaped lounge section made the room comfortable for the 3 of us. We asked for extra bedding and pillows which were delivered shortly even though it was after hours for the normal housekeeping staff. Jacuzzi was open but not hot, about the same temperature as the pool, so we notified the front desk and they said they would call someone to look at it. We didn't get a chance to try it again before we left. We selected this location because it was close to our son's apartment and it worked out well. Location not far from harbor and from the University of Miami.
