The hotel was good and the staff nice but the security is not good. I was having lunch at the lunch dinning room and my bag was stolen without me noticing. The place was not crowded and nobody noticed. I still cannot understand it. Becuase of this i had a lot of problems.

Enjoyed Barcelona without luggage!
We enjoyed our stay. Good location. Nice breakfast. Helpful staff. Only issue was with figuring out how to utilize the shower. We had to call downstairs and get someone to assist us. It was an architectural fete but not easy to figure out. Nice to have face towels again.

Had a great little visit to the hotel. Staff were nice, it was busy because I think a cruise was in. We did have some technical difficulties with our credit card flagging the hotel as spam, which was a bit strange. Besides that all good!

I had no disappointments at this hotel whatsoever. First impressions are very important and the check in staff was outstanding going the distance to accommodate us at every step. The front desk was helpful when we called for assistance. Would definitely stay again and would recommend especially for travelers on business.
