Some Things Lacking
Staff was helpful. There was a lack of the basics. No tissues in bathroom. No liners in the waste baskets. No bath wash or gel. I have found these items provided in most all hotels. The breakfast was more than adequate and easily safe and accessible durning this pandemic.

The ceiling texture in the room was falling off in several places. Shower head would only work in the hard, massage setting, and barely even then. When we first entered our room there's was dried remnants of something that had spoiled on the dresser (making us wonder if the "increased cleanliness" measures were being done at all

We had an Amazing stay at the Fairfield Inn! Check-in was easy and fast. Our room was clean to perfection. We asked for extra towels and had no issues. They had a grab-n-go breakfast in the lobby due to COVID so the selection was limited. Overall we had an excellent stay!

Excellent Motel
They didn’t have any rooms with two queen size beds accessible for wheelchairs. But called me immediately and made accommodations with me. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable. Staff was so nice and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Poor Customer Service
We were in Lubbock for a AAU basketball tournament and will be back to Lubbock 2 more weekends this summer. We WILL not stay here again as I choose hotels based on breakfast, location and pool/hot tub for the girls after games. They didn’t have ANY breakfast for the girls and the pool / hot tub was closed. I don’t care if y’all are scared of COVID19. This was very inconvenient, cost us more in money and time and not very relaxing. They said they had sack grab and go breakfast but that was NOT available when we asked in the am. Also, in the parking lot coming back at dusk people were partying / drinking sitting on truck tailgates. We couldn’t safely get into hotel with girls around them / other doors locked due to COVID19. Risk our safety for others “health concerns”
