Find yourself a friendlier place to stay
The rudest and most condescending service of hotel staff we encountered in decades of international travelling. Front office staff has no clue about their own product and will try to cheat you by charging you for services you have pre-paid , such as internet and breakfast. They will argue with you. They will not admit that they are wrong. They will tell you blatant lies and inconvenience you. Website photos of rooms have little to with reality. Small and uncomfortable beds in twin rooms. Not good value for money. Avoid.

Nice, Neat and Affordable!
Was comfortable and affordable. And very accessible to places around the city. The only issue was that I found a bedbug on the last day. Didn’t make it an issue because the facility was generally clean on a daily basis.

I was in Toronto on Business my room was on the 11th floor all the rooms around me were being refurbished, so the hallway was dusty with builders foot prints on wall doors & carpet, reception tried to charge me for WIFI & the breakfast was OK at best. Fair would be the best description only due to value for money.
