Great Stay !
The staff were really friendly and helpful. My room was as I had booked and food was delicious

Very good 8.0
Great service, good location, and generally a pleasant hotel. The fitness centre is handy, although there are gyms locally as well. Walking distance to plenty of food options, and tube stations. Room looked a little worn, but otherwise a nice stay.

Fair 4.0
Disappointing over priced small rooms.
Very small claustrophobic rooms, small beds, small TV, no fridge, dated rooms. Definitely avoid the dungeon rooms below ground level. They call this 6th floor! We looked at three different rooms hoping one would be good but unfortunately not. So we cancelled and went elsewhere. Rooms would be fine at £60 a night but we were paying £232 for a Saturday night. Hence not impressed. Staff are polite and helpful, shame about the hotel itself.

Lovely area ruined by poor experience
Paid £380 for Double Standard room. Disappointed that we were put in a room in the basement next to restaurant, public toilets and what appeared to be staff area. -One bedside light did not work and the second flickered on and off constantly - Bathroom nowhere as advertised. Expected nice black tiles but were provided cheap white plastic. -No phone signal at all We requested to move rooms at reception where I was told they would try but are fully booked and to expect the worst. Eventually being offered a new room on 4th floor which was much nicer but again, cheap plastic bathroom. My partner expressed disappointment at reception where they instantly offered us to choose from two more standard rooms on the 1st floor with balcony views (considering they were fully booked) but we appreciated them trying to accomodate us. Bathroom was as advertised in this room. Breakfast was delicious but unfortunately sausage had a lump of plastic in it which we found after taking a bite. Waitress was incredibly apologetic and took the food away offering a new plate but this was not escalated to management after we asked it to be. Managers knew nothing about it when we asked later. Room was comfortable but walls are so thin that we were kept up both nights of our stay, one, by couples having sex at top volume and on second night by the next room simply chatting all night until 7am. We could hear it clear as day. Lovely area but cannot give positive review unfortunately.

Beautiful accommodation, but bring your own water!
This is the second time I've stayed at the Caesar Hotel with my husband and I must say, it's one of our absolute favourite places to stay. The building is clean, the rooms are spotless, the amenities are genuinely fantastic and well-thought-out for the traveler. We've also dined in their restaurant and the food is delicious, well prepared, piping hot, and unforgettable. During this stay, we were celebrating my birthday and without my knowing, my husband spoke with the hotel ahead of time and they were kind enough to bring a dessert platter to our room with a bottle of bubbly and a message of 'Happy Birthday' written in chocolate sauce. It was lovely and such a nice and obviously appreciated touch. The only thing I wasn't a fan of and seriously considered speaking to management about was the service charges. When we asked the front desk for some more water for our room, they told us we could just get that from the bar, so I went to the bar and asked for a couple of bottles of water, for which they then charged us £9 ... NINE POUNDS, for two bottles of water!? Actually, it was £8 for two, with a £1 service charge for him to hand me the bottles. In fact, there was a service charge on everything, drinks, food, everything. That was the only negative aspect of our stay and it is something that will have us stock-piling water prior to staying again. Honestly, £9 for two bottles of water is uncalled for, especially considering what we pay to stay in your hotel.
