8/10 Very good

The hotel is clean and nicely decorated with tasteful artwork and nice furniture in good condition. The rooftop bar is a nice addition, and the small plates prepared by the new chef were outstanding. The staff at the front desk were attentive and very helpful. The wine bar and lounge area were also very pleasant. The neighborhood is great with lots of cafes and shops. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station, and it is a short walk to the cathedral and other tourist attractions.

Comfortable, clean and lovely hotel. They have done an amazing work on this near 100 year old hotel to keep it so new and clean. We requested for a quiet room and it was indeed very peaceful. And the staff are all super super helpful and friendly.

Thank you to Susanna who checked us in and greeted us with such great energy, and she had great recommendations for us as first time visitors to the area. Perfect location, we were able to walk to/from the train station with our luggage in just 10min. Room was updated, super cute, clean and peaceful. Comfortable beds too!

The new decor was very impressive....and the staff were excellent However, the absence of hand soap or equivalent in the room was annoying.....even though you could ask for some at Reception. Finally, the air conditioning was not up to coping with 35C+ temperatures
