Mediocre hotel
Mediocre hotel rooms. Breakfast was amazing though! They charged a city tax upon check out (€45) tthat I was under the impression was already paid.

Good hotel all round - best part was breakfast is included in the price and for the princely sum of £5 you can have it delivered by room service - excellent!

Good location. The hotel bar closes at 11.30pm so needed to search for a later closing drinking venue. The property was very warm during my stay and could only cool the room with window opened but road noise was intrusive even though I was on the higher floors. The hotel is dated but good in general. Cleaning was good.

24 hours in Milan
We picked this hotel because of its location. So close to many of the sights, and also to the metro. We only had 24 hours before we were headed on and we wanted to be able to get to the sights we had chosen - the Duomo, Galleria, La Scala and the Last supper. Easy to get to them all walking. We also made it to San Marino stadium using the metro, and back before we had to check out. Great location, nice room and great breakfast. If in Milan again I would definitely stay there again.

Great Hotel.
Great hotel. The location is very close to the main tourist areas of Milan. The staff were very welcoming both at reception and in the breakfast dining area. Our twin room was on a high floor which was quiet, a peaceful place to get away from the crowds. The kettle in the room was a bonus. The hotel breakfast was wonderful each morning.
