This is a new hotel and very modern. The staff were helpful and the room spotless. The bathroom was a bit of a squeeze, but was OK. The cooked breakfast was tasty. However, there is VERY limited parking, which makes it inconvenient for contractors who travel in.

Tight room for family of 3. Sofa bed pulled out so very little space for cases. Room clean and comfy bed. Daughter slept on sofa bed and was ok. Reception polite but not friendly. Great grab n go breakfast inc hot sandwiches. Young Chap serving was lovely and a credit to the hotel. Very friendly and helpful. Didnt mind us coming back for drink refills. Overheard we hadnt any plans and offered to bring leaflets and recommended the zoo and gave directions too! Limited parking onsite. Had to get up extra early to move car from council car park and see of any spaces available from people leaving for work. At least check out wasnt early and we could take our time having breakfast.

Very helpful staff and great service. Great location with lots of pubs and shops nearby. Given Covid 19 challenges good to see focus on social distancing and other measures.

Hotel was very clean, there was ample hand sanitizer throughout the hotel floors and lobby. Bar was open 24 hrs and stay never felt restricted by Covid. Hotel also made us aware of a great app called Barrow eats to get food delivered.

Great location
Modern hotel in central location. Arrive early to bag a spot in the limited carpark or park over the road in the pay and display (free 6pm-8am). Rooms are well designed, digital tv only worked on bbc channels. Poor quality loo roll and grimy shower tray were disappointing. Be aware that the hotel is opposite the town hall which has a chiming bell.
