    If you want COVID, go here

    If you want to get yourself Covid, go to the breakfast area. I went there on a Saturday morning and they let as many people in to the area as they can. People don’t respect the distance rules and literally breathes on your mouth since it’s a huge chaos in the area with different lines to get different types of food. When pointing this out to the lady outside the breakfast area, I got laughed at by the staff. We waited over 30 minutes, got coughed at, sneezed at and laughed at by the staff until we left without any food, packed our bags and promised ourselves to never come back here due to the staff not caring at all. Hotel looks new and fresh but the service is horrible and if you don’t speak polish, you will get laughed at.

    Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel in einer sehr guten Lage mit sehr freundlichen und engagierten Mitarbeitern. Einziger Kritikpunkt aus meiner Sicht - die Preise für das Abendessen (Büfett/Menü) waren mit ca. 18 Euro pro Person - besonders im Vergleich zu den deutlich attraktiveren Alternativen in der Stadt - einfach zu hoch. Ansonsten alles supi 👍

    Alles soweit in Ordnung. Frühstück war ärgerlich, da lange Wartezeit auf freie Plätze und langes Anstehen an der Ausgabe. Bedingt durch covid19 kein freies Büfett. Parkplatz mit 50 Zloty pro Tag recht teuer.

    mpfehlenswert trotz kleiner Makel

    Alles in alllem empfehlenswert. Einziges Manko: Service beim Frühstück und Abendessen sehr schlecht organisiert. Coronabedingt gibt es keine Selbstbedienung. Das ist ok, aber es sind zu wenig Servicekräfte eingesetzt. Dadurch gibt es lange Wartezeiten am Buffet und wenn man dran ist, sind einige Sachen alle.

    Kolberg zum Genießen

    Erstklassiger Service an der Rezeption, sehr schöne, komfortable Zimmer. Schwimmbad und Sauna fast vollumfänglich nutzbar. Tolle Lage. Frühstück gewöhnungsbedürftig durch Bedienung vom Personal. Lange Wartezeiten aber prima Auswahl. Wir kommen wieder.

    Ein sehr sauberes und modernes Hotel das Personal ist aufmerksam und interessiert das es den Gästen an nix fehlt. Beim Frühstück sollte man viel Zeit mitbringen da es sehr voll wird und durch Hygieneregeln umständlich ist. Die Lage ist Top vom Hotel da es am Rand steht es erwartet ein Ruhe und Entspannung. Ich würde es noch mal buchen um dort mein Urlaub zu verbringen.
