As expected of any Serena Hotels, the one in Gilgit was spectacular. Location wise it is situated in the best catchmint area and commute to various places is easy. The hotel is fabulously decorated with Gilgit's culturally symbolic craftwork. Room comes with the best facilities and amenities. Hotel staff was amazingly cordial and helpful.

ギルギット空港から車で15分の便利で快適なホテルです。
部屋によっては、テラスがあり、山が眺められます。バスタブはありませんが、熱いお湯が出ます。電気ポットなし。ウエルカムフルーツはドライフルーツで、いつも食べきれずに無駄にしていましたが、ドライフルーツは持ち帰ることができるので良かったです。ギルギット空港に送迎サービスのデスクがあります。出発日に、フライトが15分遅れているから、空港に行くのも15分後で良いと言われましたので、PIAか空港から連絡があるようです。徒歩3分くらいのところに地元のキオスクやチャイ屋などがあり、ジュースや日用品などが買えますが、レストランやマーケットに行くにはタクシーが必要です。部屋に蚊がいて、ハウスキーパーからスプレーを借りました。スタッフが無料ミネラルウォーターを午後6時30分頃に各部屋に届けていました、夕飯に出かけていたらもらえなかったかも。
