Room was extremely clean and in great condition. We both thought it was better than it looked on the website. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only thing was the bracket on the tv pulled out as far as possible gave a wierd tv angle but only a little thing. Overall would definitely recommend if visiting newcastle.
