Radisson Blu Edwardian Berkshire Hotel

The welcome at reception was good and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable and well furnished with a well stocked bathroom and tea/coffee tray. The only criticism is the Restaurant for breakfast; although the layout of the tables was pleasing, the food choices weren’t set out together which was confusing and I feel it would be much clearer if the food choices were set out together on just one side of the Restaurant and immediately visible for guests, rather than round corners. As I said this is my only criticism which I wonder could be looked into. The hotel is well located and I would definitely stay there again.

Happy with my last minute choice of hotel. I made a good but late decision to stay in town overnight between two weekend days of meetings near Oxford Circus. I was looking for somewhere convenient and comfortable rather than commute from the suburbs and this hotel did just what I needed. The location was ideal, tucked behind Oxford Street with the main entrance on Marylebone Lane which is home to some of London's most interesting restaurants. The front desk greeting was prompt and pleasant so checking in and out was painless. The single room was small but well-equipped without any pretensions of luxury, It was quiet and comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. The wi-fi worked well but choice of channels on the in-room TV a little more limited than we're used to these days. Overall, good value for money and served my purpose well.
