Being a guest at Serena Hotel, Faisalabad was a delightful experience all the way around. As a matter of fact, it was truly exceptional. The room, the pool and the gym are all very clean and well maintained. The service and staff always pleasant, they aim to please. The free breakfast was a broad display of the finest prepared dishes, danishes, fruits, a variety of drinks as well many other breakfast items. Everything I have eaten at the Serena Hotel was greatly enjoyed. My safety was assured with all of the added security and with the help of Kumail who offered tremendous assistance. 5 stars is not enough for the superb excellence of this hotel and property. I could easily give it 10+ stars.

The best of the best hotel in Punjab. The whole staff from the Security, Concierge to the Waiters were impeccable and very attentive. The whole atmosphere was very very regal. Money well spent . If you want the best stay here . Once again I would like to thank Scerena hotel and its staff for the ultimate experience.

Couldn't find our reservation, took more than 30 mins to check in. Went in the room and wanted to make a coffee but the kettle was disgusting, asked to change it instead they washed it and was even more dirty had a hair inside. Wanted to charge phone but sockets didnt work had to remove lamp to insert charger. Room was full of dust and carpets were dirty found nail clippings on the floor near the bed. And lots more issues..do not recommend, no where near a 5 star, awful service and very expensive for what we got. Will not stay again!

I will not visit this property again, receptionist hold me at reception for 2.5 hours, and was saying to me we do not recieve any of confirmation email feom hotels.com. Ac was not working, pathetic attitude of staff.
