Small but comfy
Decent hotel, well located but rooms are small

Inconsistent Housekeeping
Check in was smooth and the lady at the reception was polite and helpful. There is only one lift to use, which, at times, meant you would have to wait for other hotel guests to finish first. The housekeeping was, by far, the biggest let down of this hotel. When we got into the room neither the bathtub nor the toilet seat looked cleaned. We called the reception to send the housekeeping staff back whilst we grabbed a drink downstairs. After our drinks, the states o them were still the same. So we paid extra to have a bathtub in the room, which looked and felt too dirty to use... The toilet was not installed properly, the seat is leaning towards one side, if you have a bad back, like me, this will help you to dramatically shorten your toilet visit and consider using the toilets by the lobby! During our 5 nights of stay, we found the housekeeping staff sometimes left you with fresh clean sets of towels, sometimes they will take all your used towels and leave you with only one set of clean towels and sometimes they will only replenish one set and leave one used set... Sometimes they replenish your free bottled water, sometimes they do not... sometimes they replenish your coffee, sometimes they do not... (what a great way to keep your guests on their toes) Overall, the rooms are fairly quiet, not much of a view from the room, but you do get a decent night of sleep. However, still very disappointed with our stay, I would stay somewhere else next time in London.

A very pleasant stay
Enjoyed our stay, quite a small room which was affected by a noisy sound outside the room, possibly an air conditioning or vent not from our room. Good shower room with quality fittings and a good storage area/wardrobe area. Breakfast was excellent and we came back and had a very pleasant lunch as well.

Not worth the price
Overall a disappointing experience for the price we paid for. The Radisson hotels are not cheap and you legitimately have a minimum of expectation in terms of service and quality. Although we knew we had booked a standard room we did not expect it to be that small. On the positive side the bed was comfortable and both area (bathroom / bedroom) were clean. The two major disappointments were: - The waiting time at the desk (more than 15 minutes to pre-check in, then another 15 min to finally get our keys later the same day). It looks like the staff was overrun by the number of guests. - The breakfast experience: The staff kept complaining about their job and by also seeing new guests arriving. Although they make an effort to be kind and courteous with you, you feel like you are being a pain to them. You have to do everything by yourself (request coffee, ask for bowl, ask for spoons), and worst of all we had to unload our table from all the dishes that piled up as none of the staff seemed fancy to do it. I would not stay again as it is very overpriced for the service you get. The location is the main plus .

Friendly, clean and comfy but tiny room
Friendly and welcoming staff, very clean, good fixtures and fittings, and a comfy bed. However the room was tiny.

A bit too small
Spotlessly clean room. Online check-in works very well - simply collected key from concierge. Room 302 very small (even for a London hotel)... almost too small to be functional - nowhere to open even a small suitcase, but it looked like a larger room on the plan when I chose for online check-in. Shower room more spacious and again, very clean. The Radisson Blu Bloomsbury opposite is more expensive, and in my opinion, the better option if you want a slightly plusher stay in the capital.

Good stopover
Very convenient for business in the heart of the capital. Pleasant and professional staff

Exceptional 10.0
EXCELLENT ALL ROUND
The staff at reception were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was ready two hours before the check in time, which was a pleasant surprise. The size of the room and the quality of everything in it was superb. Breakfast the following morning was excellent, then a simple and quick checkout. No problem in storing our bags for us until later.

Will not return to this dated hotel.
This visit was very disappointing. Breakfast was shambolic both days, having to ask 3 times for our eggs, for cups, cutlery etc. Queue outside breakfast restaurant was right beside front door, so freezing when standing waiting. No socket next to mirror in dated bedroom. While waiting to check out I was ignored and the man behind me was dealt with first.

Does every thing it says on the tin
Lovely hotel, great location but room too hot and heating/AC had a mind of its own with touch screen type buttons that worked intermitantly
