Rather good
The hotel was not bad. What was good: the bed was comfortable; there was no noise from the street; there was a bottle of water; the staff were polite. Room for improvement: the toilet seat was broken (room 104); the bathroom was cold; the air-conditioning was noisy; the breakfast was not as good as it could; the coffee certainly could be better.

Great hotel & location !
Although I only stayed at the hotel for one night, I could not fault anything in the room. The staff at the reception were very polite and the staff at breakfast were very helpful & pleasant. The location was excellent for the Albert Hall, which was my main reason, but very handy for all other close by museums and Hyde Park. I would recommend this hotel & would use again in future.

Above and beyond
Sara and the Guest Services Team made sure we had a memorable weekend when celebrated my partner’s milestone birthday. (You’ll know who we are, Sara!) The hotel is well located and very well equipped. The service was attentive, courteous and polite and the room was spotless. Make sure you ask for a refurbished room and if you can afford the little extra, go for an executive room. This wasn’t our first stay at this hotel and it won’t be the last. We dined in the restaurant on our first evening, the service and food were very good.
