Best hotel ever!!!
The Radisson Blu staff is simply spot on. The smallest thing is taken care of and I mean immediately. We misplaced something inside the room, couldn’t find it ourselves and asked front desk perhaps house cleaning had. Within 5 minutes, a knock on the door to sort it out. You do not get this kind of service in the USA even. They are all super nice, super sweet and super efficient!! I highly recommend a stay there. Also located at “7 dials” which is the center of 7 streets with so many shops, restaurants and interesting places to check out. You need to go there!!!!

Very good
Lovely hotel in a perfect location for theatres
Ok - I totally loved my stay in this hotel. The room was clean; the bed more comfortable than my one at home and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of cold dishes (smoked salmon, cheeses, cold meats, pastries, fruits, cereals juices, and a variety of hot dishes too). The best thing about the hotel for me was the location. Seven Dials is a small area around the corner from many theatres. A short walk from Trafalgar Square, it's so handy for everything and it meant I wasn't spending huge amounts of time on the Tube - I could do what I wanted quickly and the locale is buzzing with small independent restaurants and bars. The only part of my stay that I didn't particularly enjoy was the in-room dining. We'd had a full day and it was raining hard one night so we thought we'd veg out. The pizzas are more like flat breads, the burger was delivered in a paper bag and the portions were not generous. For the amount paid, it wasn't something I'd do again. There's huge numbers of places to eat nearby and with that competition I'm surprised that he hotel doesn't raise it's game in this regard. So go stay, enjoy the experience, just don't order room service!

Good
Nice basic place
I’ve been here 5 times already and it’s ok, I usually go the the Covent Garden hotel just a few doors down but it was fully booked in this occasions. Room where are very basic for the price. What annoyed me was that when I arrive di was told we have £29 food or drink credit as a gold member. But when we had dessert and drink the waiter didn’t know anything about it so to avoid any uncomfortable situation we just paid and left.

Radisson Blu Edwardian, Mercer Street, London
Hotel is situated in Seven Dials which is a lovely area in Covent Garden. Can easily walk to Regent Street and Oxford Street. The hotel is very well situated for sight seeing, shopping and food. It is in Theatreland so ideal if you are in London for shows as all theatres are minutes away. The hotel is lovely and staff at checkin were very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a superior room but I would say the room was quite basic but did meet all our needs. There's nothing fancy about it. It is very clean and the bed was comfortable. We had room service the first night and the food was delicious. We didn't get a chance to try the restaurant as we were out but based on the room service food it definitely would be worth going to. Only downsides to the hotel were that the bath is very shallow so there's not enough water to cover you after a few minutes as it drains out, there are no drawers in the room for clothes, only a small hanging space. The room doors are very noisy and automatically swing shut loudly so this may wake you up. However these are just small things and I would totally recommend the hotel. The next time we come to London we will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic small Hotel at great location
This Hotel is indeed worth visiting. Fantastic location in the beautiful Seven Dials area 5 min walk to Covent Garden. Hotel staff are very friendly, professional and serviceminded.. Breakfast is very good, served from the Monmouth Kitchen Restaurant in the Hotel. The hotel is generally in top shape, and the rooms as well. Try However to avoid the standard double at 7th floor, since they are quite compressed, and disturbed by noise from airconditioning/ventilation. All in all, very very Nice Hotel
