Great place, nicer than I expected. Only down side was that it's a very long building with only 1 elevator by the lobby. So it's very long to drag luggage, but they have luggage carts. Rooms are lovely. Clean and modern. Big lobby with chairs, tables, and sofas. Big breakfast area with free hot breakfast. Also has a restaurant and bar. Recommended!!!!

We called to see if our room could be accessed at 2 pm; they said no, 3 O’clock. When we got there a little after 3 the room was not ready. I stood around for a bit awkwardly then asked about the room again, at which someone said they would check on it. At this point it was about 3:20. The room was still not ready so they put us somewhere else. I asked one worker if we could move our car closer, he said yeah just drive down there. Come to find there are numbers on the building. I went back to ask which number we were at…this worker repeated it’s on building at least three times…and laughed.? So I mentioned the numbers on the building he said it’s one building again I said ok which number is our room close to.?? He says four. This interaction was weird, uncomfortable and rude. I found other staff to be dismissively rude, from housekeeping, front desk, even in the breakfast area. The breakfast food was good though. The outdoor pool was nice.
