Good location for walking to city sites.
Good location, walking distance to harbour, CN tower, aquarium, shops and Gallery of Ontario. Helpful staff. Car park underground payable in hotel. Quiet area. Absolutely fine for a city stay. Negatives - being woken by housekeeping checking the room before 9am!

Great Hotel
Stayed at this hotel to visit the City. It was within walking distance of several sights and easy to get to from the airport. It was very clean, the staff very helpful and the pool and gym excellent.

Nice hotel
We stayed here for 5 nights while visiting our daughter who was staying at the Toronto university. It's ideally situated for most things. We like walking, and walked to most of the things we wanted to see, but there is a tube station just around the corner if you don't fancy walking. There are a lot of restaurants just a few minutes walk away. The hotel itself is nice, but we did have a problem on check-in. Our bathtub had a huge piece of vinyl coating missing - even the bathmat didn't cover it! Not something you would expect from a hotel of this quality. However, once pointed out to reception, the staff were very professional and we were moved to another room on the same floor very quickly. The included buffet breakfast was very good, with friendly efficient staff, and with a chef available to cook eggs any way you wanted. Car parking was directly beneath the hotel. (Extra charge). I would definitely stay here again.

Tired and not up to Hilton's usual standards
The hotel was down a side street and was favoured by down and outs. The sidewalk and main entrance was covered in cigarette ends and we had to walk through clouds of cigarette smoke and unsavoury looking characters to get in. Pool, very dated and lots of hair floating in the water. Could have been cleaner. Gym was also very dated and tired looking. A few basic machines. Service not great. A bargain basement hotel. Not up to usual Hilton standards.
