Once we checked in they informed us that if the sheets were dirty in any way we would be charged. She stated even make up. These were white sheets so it made me uncomfortable to sleep on the bed as I was afraid of getting them dirty and being charged. I didn’t feel like it was a welcoming stay.

Property is in excellent location. It is clean and the family rooms are big. We were at the 4th floor and there was not elevator. It is ok but when you are tired from the activities for the day, it is not a fun thing to use the stairs. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

My only complaint is the absence of an elevator. I stayed on the 4th floor so getting back after taking 700+ steps to Mt. Tapyas or a full day of activities from island hopping including 300+ steps in Kayangan Lake can be very exhausting. It also discouraging to step out for a bit to get something from a convenience store or a quick bite if you have to traverse the stairs. Also, the absence of an in-room phone means the staff has to climb the stairs all the way to your room to contact you for something such as the ride for the tours or airport transfer waiting downstairs.
