Staff were all great throughout, check-in was straightforward and painless, room was immaculate and comfortable, even better than it looked in pics. Everything! Very warm welcome, great accommodation, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was probably the best I've ever had in a hotel. Breakfast staff were so nice and friendly. Lounge area was so comfortable with a fabulous wood burner and provided a rare area to meet and chat with other guests.
