location good., not crowded, rooms spacious. didn't like the valet system too many times waiting for the valet and keys to our car too many times waiting for buggy to transfer us to and from lounge to our rooms. couple of times rooms were not cleaned till 5 pm!!!!!

Amazing staff
The staff are amazing and so helpful, from the driver, housekeeping room service and front desk. The beds are so comfortable. The area is very safe. The hotel is very private but is very out of the way. The traffic noise can be heard and you can hear other people in their rooms. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would go back again.

Lovely hotel very reasonable bar and restaurant.
The one thing that really stood out for us was the exceptionally reasonable room service and mini bar charges! The location is not ideal if you don’t have a car, However when you add up rental costs and parking charges if your only there for a few days you can easily use Uber. LAX was a 23/25$ trip one way and Santa Monica was about 22$ The hotel did have a courtesy shuttle that will take you within a 3 mile radius so when we booked the bus tour (hop on and hop off) they dropped us at the pick up point which was really helpful. Staff were very helpful and friendly and gave us some good recommendations for dinner and were happy to make reservations for us. If you want to stay near the pool they will run you up to the second building via golf cart. A lovely stay.

Superb hotel with great facilities and brilliant location. Room was spacious and clean and ideal for our family of 4. Only slight gripe was around the valet parking when they took the car approx 10 yards to park it!!! However overall a great stay👍

I was very impressed the hotel was super nice service was great a bit disappointed the room wasnt as nice as the picture but it was still very nice. Paid for valet parking but had to park myself and wasn’t helped much there. Overall great experience
