Poor
We were really looking forward to our stay at the Hilton. The room was very small, nothing like the photo. It was very poorly organised with hardly enough space for anything. There was one chair and we couldn’t really sit down to watch TV. They organised for a large group of people to have dinner just outside our room. When we opened the curtains we looked onto a dinning room. At 11.40 we were complaining to staff as the noise from outside of our window made it impossible to sleep. It seemed like they were actually in our room. I can’t believe how bad this room was particularly for the price we paid ($674 for 2 nights) I have recently stayed in hotels in Bali that made this one look very ordinary and they were $75 a night. The staff appeared to have little to no interest in the fact that there was a dinner party happening just outside our room. Fortunately we couldn’t stay at the Hilton for our entire stay and we stayed in a reasonable hotel that gave us a Lovely breakfast for $160 a night. I highly recommend that you look around before booking this hotel as the picture doesn’t reflect what you will get.

Good
but not perfect
We came down to London to go to the Prms in the Park on Sturday 14 September. On arrival at the hotel we were pleased to find out that our room was ready - we were a little earlier than check in time. The room was adequate, nto as large as the photographs imply but then again that is not usually the case. When we went down for breakfast the table hasd just been cleaned but this simply involved dry-wiping the crumbs (and aper rubbish in some cases) onto the chairs and floor, there wasn't any actual cleaning involved. We bth wanted fruit juce to accompany our breakfast but after having waited over 5 minutes for glasses to be brought we gave up and did without. The bread 'station' was out of three breads when I went there and again a wait ensued resulting im my having danish pastries instead. After a couple of hours out from the hotel during which we left our luggage in storage we returned to the bar and had refreshments there. They were served beautifully for two ice-creams but we still didnt think that it warranted an extra £1.30 on op of the pricey £10 for two very small tubs of ice-cream. This was a discretionry charge but I wasn't offered to knock it off if I wanted to I was simply charged it with an assumption from the staff that I was happy to pay it.

Poor
Dear Sir/Madam, I was on a business trip to the UK between 06/26/19 and 06/28/19. I checked in to the hotel at a proper time and left for some shopping. Then, I got a call from Turkey that my dad had a heart attack and on his way to the hospital for surgery. My family members were expecting my return to Turkey immediately, so I ran back to the hotel and contacted Hotels.com by via mobile app. One of your colleagues replied to me that he would try his best to convince Hilton Euston for a refund of 2 nights because of this emergency. After several phone calls, London Euston rejected to refund two nights and told me that this was their hotel policy and they should follow this no matter what. I was in a tough position, but they chose not to help their customer. London Euston's way of behavior to customers seem very unprofessional! Kind Regards, Can

Very good
A bit disappointed
The rooms were a bit small. The cleaning service was just okay. The location was very good however, only several minutes walk away from russell square and 10-20min walk away from the British Museum and China Town/Soho region. Nevertheless, the concierge service was VERY poor. My family booked a premium room and would like to keep two suitcases in the luggage storage room for just a few weekdays while we went to Cornwall for a short holiday. However, we were deeply disappointed about being rejected, considering we have paid so much to book two rooms for the weekend. We were considerin to book the rooms in the same hotel following our trip to Cornwall, but we decided not to afterwards simply because of the unprofessional service we have experienced. In conclusion, we thought Hilton service is one of the best in the world. Yet, perhaps it does not apply in this branch.

Very good
Have low expectations but enjoy great location
Service levels: 4 out of 5 stars only because of the fantastic Italian front device agent Loris. Thank you for making my stay feel welcome and warm! Price: 3 out of 5 stars For the price , it’s reasonable but it’s one of the smallest Hilton hotel chain and not really up to the fancier Hilton standards so I think it should be cheaper or be managed as one of the cheaper Hilton chains. Location : fantastic. 5 out of 5 Amazing location. Just mere 3minutes walk away from Euston metro station and a mere 14 minute walk away from Kings cross St Pancras train and metro station that has high speed trains to Paris and to other parts of Great Britain or for Harry Potter fans, the platform 9 3/4! And on top of that it is so near the British library Room: 4 out of 5 The room is small. But it is so nicely appointed, the bed is comfortable and the toilet is nice fully furnished with modern shower head and enough shelf space for all your toiletries. The TV and radio doesn’t work but who cares since you’ll be out of the room the majority of your stay?
