Jess the manager was amazing!
The manager Jess was absolutely terrific! She was very accommodating and helpful with our visit. We stayed almost 3 weeks and not knowing exactly when we were going to check out, she made it very easy for us. She’s a huge asset to the company and we would recommend that property because of her! The hot breakfast in the morning was a plus too!

It started off bad when the room i booked was not what i got according to the booking site it does. I told them it was the wrong rok. Showed them the website and agrreed to go into a standard room from a 2 bdrm suite. When i intially checked in they needed my card for incedential $20 hold. Fine. But once i told them about the room and they placed me in a standard room i get to the room they chatged me 158.00 more saying i had not prepaid. They didnt want to here what i had to say but they never took it off. She (the manager)refused to help and talk down to me this was the worst stay.l

Wonderful staff and accommodations!
The staff were so helpful during our stay. We were moving to the area and our closing was moved up a day and we had no wear to stay. The manager made accommodations and we had two wonderful rooms. We signed our closing documents in the lobby and everyone shared in our happiness for our new home. There was a new person working the breakfast area that day and we were able to observe the manager girl them encouragement and praise for a job well done. Very nice to witness.
