Four Points By Sheraton Peoria

The first night was ok, no problems. The 2nd night ended up me stomping to the door of our room bc people had literally kept waking us up (3) times yelling down the hallways AND when I opened our door I slammed it shut fast bc it WREAKED OF MARIJUANA! I found it funny that there was a sign on the front desk mentioned “clean air”. Our son is in the hospital with leukemia and we were trying to find affordable close options, we inquired about weekly rates and after the 2nd night we decided this was not a place we wanted to visit again. Parking garage has no one to validate our parking so each time we had to pay an additional $14 for parking plus our hotel room. We had to ask for clean towels, wash clothes, ice bucket liner and cups. I expected a lot more for the money we paid. I have also informed people to not stay at this hotel, it’s not worth the lack of sleep from an already sleep deprived, stressed out, worried parents of a kid who’s fight leukemia!!!!

The staff was pleasant and friendly. The common areas seemed clean. The room was a disappointment. Shades didn't work right, bathroom had hair on the walls of the shower and on the floor - behind the toilet was dirty along with under the vanity. And the lone yellowish washcloth in the stacks of otherwise bright white towels was cringy. I should have complained, but didn't have the energy to make a big deal.

Pee under the toilet lid. Small hair's in tub, floor, and sink. Dirty windows and questionable stains on carpet. Staff was nice that is about the only thing nice about this place. Glad only stayed one night in Peoria Illinois and this hotel. Hot tub was supposed to be open and the splash pad by pool too but it was roped off.

The hotel was fine. Our issue was we booked a suite for our family of 5 - with 2 queens and a pull out sofa bed. When we got there they informed us there is a mixup between Hotels.com and their system that allowed us to book something that was not available. So we had two queens only for 5 of us and no price break - wasn’t happy but we bring a portable cot with us since this isn’t the first time our family of 5 doesn’t fit the norm. Otherwise things were fine. I intend to take it up with Hotels.com as they claimed it was a mixup in the online system.

It was okay but could of been better

Checked into a room that was not cleaned from the previous guest. Was downgraded to a different room, the price was adjusted accordingly but no discount was given for the inconvenience. The lady doing check in was awesome and did everything g she could but the rest of the hotel was lacking. Probably won’t go back here.

Overall property was nice. However they should note on Website that indoor pool is not open at this time. Not sure if it is a Covid restriction.

It was nice but you had to park on the street or parking garage that was about 4 buildings away and opposite side of the street. That you had to walk back to get to hotel which is very inconvenient for the your type of hotel and being downtown Peoria.

Clean and nicely appointed. Hotel is near a highway and hospital. Noisy corner. I was on the top floor and I could hear every truck and helicopter all night long.

The first room we were assigned was not cleaned at all,Front desk did try to make it better and put us into a different room, That room was cleanish but the housekeeping was lazy had rose petals from valentines day under the beds and that was 3 days before we stayed there. I think I spoke to the manager of housekeeping and she was nice and friendly but I would stay again once they open the pool and have cleaner rooms.
