The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great! But what really got me was the kind gentleman who checked us in. I asked for a couple of extra coffee pods for the morning and he showed up to our room a little bit later with a bunch of them. Just really great service, with a friendly attitude. The woman checking us in for breakfast was the same -- very personable and very helpful!! So the hotel was good -- the staff was excellent.

Property is located in the northern part of the island. With a rental car, this becomes very convenient to experience the local flavour that is available in and around the hotel as well as access the more touristy southern parts. Excellent veg options for breakfast, and a friendly staff made our stay very pleasant. We traveled as a family of 4 with two kids.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the food. The property is a lovely art deco style building that needs some updating but the rooms are spacious and the views of the port are great. The third time we have stayed here, the buffet breakfast is great with a nice selection and the food in the bar is great too. Staff are always so friendly and accommodating. Close to bus connections, easy walk to Triana where there is a great selection of shops and restaurants. Kids love the pool on the roof terrace although it was a bit windy during our stay so we didn’t spend too much time there.

Really nice city hotel right down town and sueprnice frondesk. Nice updated rooms. We had a familyroom that was one livingroom with 3 beds and a big bedroom with twin soo supernice. Felt like a high standard, higer then price when we booked. our kids liked it and nice rooftop pool.

Had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel, overall it’s very nice and super friendly staff the only bad thing is you can see it’s not the newest because some of the floor was damaged, the chair that was in the room already had some little damage and the shower was clogged but the next day someone came and fixed the shower so that was very nice. It was a little bumpy to start because ac does not operate the way we used to. We stay two nights with them and their staff was friendly. The lady checked us in even come up to help with our ac. Our room has a nice mattresses and has a nice ocean view. We moved to another ac hotel near cruise terminal last night and we regretted about it. The ac near the terminal has very old mattress. It has the worst mattress that we have ever seen with marriot. The ac hotel near cruise terminal has a motel 6 quality of the mattress. If we knew, we would choose to stay at this ac hotel. We

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The rooms need refurbishing and bringing up to a good standard. Only 2 out of 3 lifts working, and you had to wait awhile for the lift. Pool on roof very small and only a few sunbeds. Always taken early. The beach is a good 30 minute walk.

Ideal location

Good quality hotel and the staff were friendly and efficient. It's easy to drive to and only ten minutes walk from the old town. Excellent breakfast buffet except, and this is the reason for my poor sustainability/ environmental rating, they have Nespresso machines that generate hundreds of waste pods every day. Bean to cup machines would be so much better. Our room was directly under the Gym so if you particularly want a quiet room don't be on the tenth floor.

We, a family of 4, thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Las Palmas visiting family. Thank you. We had a juniour suite which comprised of 1 bedroom and a lounge (with sofa bed and an extra single). We also had a view of the dock and a balcony which was a lovely surprise on arrival. The staff were all so kind and helpful and really made our stay. We were also very impressed with the food. The breakfast buffet had a great range of options, wide selection of nice breads for toasting and mini pastries, as well as hot and other cold options. We ate in the bar the first night and it was outstanding we returned again on our final night. The kids loved the rooftop pool, the only drawback was that it didn't open until 11am.

Good option for LP

Check in disappointing - not allowed to check in early while others could I was told it was because I paid a cheap price booking late so they would only allow checkin at 3pm. They did take my baggage to store. I think clients should be treated the same no matter how much is being paid. Hotel is a great location for bus station and city centre 800 meter walk. Room would th balcony lovely. Great bedding no food available in the hotel at night. No signage from main road so hard to find
