Our room looked onto other windows only about 2 meters from ours, there was no air conditioning which meant the room was often way over 21°C, I asked staff about this but they explained they had no control over the heating system and just to turn it off and open the window, which while we did because the room opened onto a very narrow space this made little difference and when we did there was a very loud exhaustion fan which was unbearably loud. The hotel was clean and house keeping were great but I would not recommend the hotel for the reasons above.
