    I like this hotel
The hotel is comfortable and is just a few steps to the Imbi station, very convenient!

    Excellent Hotel
I stayed at the Melia KL for four wonderful nights with only one blemish being the hurried breakfast on the Sunday. The kitchen was closing for some undefined reason which meant that when I came down I was given eight minutes to grab some food and eat it with staff hovering around and grabbing the plate as soon as I lifted the last fork. I appreciate that sometimes such things have to happen, I was late and I knew the kitchen was to close early, ut this is an international hotel in a major city and really, a little more courtesy oils have been applied. Other than that the stay was perfect and the firefly tour arranged for us was superb. Everything about the hotel was excellent, from the condition of the room to the overall feeling of the place. The staff were always polite without being sycophants- sometimes an issue in other hotels - and the service excellent. I shall certainly be back and would happily recommend this hotel to all who are passing through or want to stay for a longer period in Kuala Lumpur.

    Not worth
I book 2 rooms. The room service never top up the shampoo, conditioner, change sleeper, change bath towel , tissue paper and other issue. I am paying for 4 stars price but enjoying 1 star service. I wont be booking Melia again as well recommended my friends or Association services

Nice room, friendly staff with few improvements
I was very happy with the room, location, staffs for the price I paid. The room is very spacious in terms of space and amenity. The room was exactly as the pictures show. The location is amazing. Less than 2 min to the nearest rail station. The Times Square is right across the road. If you are taking a coach from SG, getting off at The Times Square means you are almost checking in to the hotel. There are two points with which I was a bit disappointed with the stay. First, smoking room. It's really as if you were back in the 80s where people were smoking everywhere and anywhere. Time has changed and hoped the hotel took courage to ban it once and for all (at least inside the room). The second, the breakfast experience. The next day, I got down for breakfast around 8 am, only to find there is literally no table available. There was food leftover on the floor. A bit of too much mess.
