A great place to stay if you’re planning on going to the Chanhassen Dinner Theater!

AFter a bumpy ride on the check in, put in a room that didn’t sidnt match what we reserved. 2 groups that are family were staying in this room. One arrived before the other & checked in but to a room that wasn’t right according to the 2 room suite reserved & paid for on your site. After some frustrations & being told we would have to call the online booking agency to get our refund so they could put us in a different room I called them directly to ask why we didn’t get room we paid for? They hen relooked at it, since I said I had a receipt specifically saying what I should get, they said it was a random computer thing on their side & they then politely & very friendly fixed it immediately. Then we were very happy. Don’t like the disconnect with using hotels.com services if there isn’t a clear booking translation to the hotel!!

Quiet and friendly place to stay.
Our room was quiet and clean. Furniture was updated, and location is perfect if you plan on visiting Chanhassen Dinner Theater right next door. Breakfast was ok but could have been better. Eggs were cold, bacon was really thin, but lots of options to choose from (cereal, waffles, fruit.) There is a indoor pool, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We will be coming here again.
