Room was good and bed was very comfortable but the water was only luke warm which was really disappointing given that I'd be traipsing around London in the rain and cold all day

Ideal location comfy bed no fridge in room as advertised on your web site could not get hot water out bathroom tap and no heating in bathroom

Put in small and dark room with little window, which looked absolutely nothing like the pictures on the website (the room I chose and paid for). In need of updating. Rooms at the end of long twisting corridors with a lot of fire doors, so regularly hearing one bang. Cold air blasting out of air conditioner/heater in the room when I arrived. Male concierge on reception one evening rude and arrogant towards me. Definitely won’t be staying again.

Lovely hotel with free road parking outside. Rooms bit dated but tidy and clean and had everything you would expect. The breakfast is amazing, cooked really well and a huge choice. Would recommend

Very welcoming and hospitable staff. Everyone was very polite and pleasant. On the negative side we asked for a high floor room with a balcony and although we did get a high floor room unless someone is very creative in their descriptions there was no balcony. I appreciate estate agents and designers can be extremely imaginative in their descriptive accounts however, call me old-fashioned but a room with a large window, curtains, + with waist-high metal bars out front does not make a balcony !!! Room was large but there was no fridge. Remember, this is the Hilton ! On the plus side the TV is LARGE. Bathroom washing stuff is also good. I must also clearly complement the breakfast. That was an exceptional spread. PLENTY of choice. The hotel ferry to canary wharf was also a lovely touch. Much appreciated. Overall the hotel stay was good but there is room for improvement. Sorry if I am picky. We paid for a stay at the Hilton which although good could have been better. Overall highlight ? Has to be the breakfast and the ferry. Hotel staff were very polite.
