Excellent location , walking distance to many of sights, shops and plenty of choice for bars & restaurants. Hotel was being renovated during our stay but there was zero impact on us as guests. Room really well organised with everything you need, including lots of little storage areas for all those bits I travel with. Breakfast was great, yes it was the same every day but if you want a bigger breakfast selection you probably need to book a 5 Star. Staff really helpful and friendly-nothing too much trouble . Only down side was Really Noisey aircon -bring ear plugs! And if being picky, pillows could have been better. Overall we enjoyed it and would definitely stay again in any future trip to Toronto

Check in - amazing - the staff were so helpful - wish I had got their names as such a great experience and so friendly when passing. Room was great with big comfy bed, good view (could see CN Tower from our room on 4th floor) and good wifi. Location - perfect, short walk to St Lawrence Market, Hockey Hall of Fame, Eaton Centre. Lots of bars, resturants, etc near by. Breakfast - which was included had plenty of choice and lots of seating areas. There was tea and coffee available all day free of charge. If I had to give a negative it would just be that the hallway to room needed a little TLC - but who spends anytime in the hallway? Would highly recommend this hotel.
