Poor
The owners were extremely rude and disrespectful. They claim to be pet friendly, but they are not. They were difficult to work with. We did NOT stay there because they refused to allow us in a room with our pets. The guy checking in after us was charged $20 cash to have their dogs stay. No where on Hotels.com does it mention any of this. This motel is NOT RECOMMEND!

Staff was super nice but our room was dirty, stains on the linens, we had to get an exchange and they were fairly worn, no compensation for cancellation of free breakfast. Blamed Covid. Rim needs some work as well. Large crack in the side of the tub.

The lady at the front desk was not friendly but the guy that came to fix the tv cable connection was great so made up for the blah checkin experience. Check out was good and the guy there pleasant.

It was a wonderful stay; the only issue was with the check-in, as the individual who checked us in was difficult to understand, primarily due to looking down while she was speaking, causing her words to be mumbled.

The room was clean & comfy but checking in was a problem. Set reservation for 2 adults, pd for room and when i checked in i had to pay extra for 2nd adult. Then when I questioned them, they didn't want to give me the room, turned into an argument and a big hassel!
