Spacious but somewhat sterile rooms. Convenient parking. The gym could do with some improvement. Quick check-in. Breakfast was decent. It’s in a good location for walking to the town centre

Amazing stay

It was truly amazing, the breakfast was a 10/10 from both me and my partner. There was a waffle matching and a pancake maker and the buffet was amazing, the beds and rooms are comfy and spacious, the whole hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location so close to town.

Location was ok. Beside a busy few roads and a bit of a walk from the old town. Was very handy to an old brewery shopping mall though. The room was spotless and decent size. eat at the hotel but the coffees in the hotel were expensive compared to local cafes. Staff never told us of the Poznan card which would have saved money on the trams and events. But apart from that very happy with the hotel these are very minor complaints.

Provide a key for the toilet

Overall I am very pleased. Nice modern hotel in a cool high rise. Price is good and the breakfast whilst not as good as the one in Novotel Warsaw completely acceptable(even if the coffee was not that great). However, I can suggest 2 improvements. 1. The Shampoo bottle in the bath was almost depleted. It looks just shabby to have a 1/4 full shampoo bottle. 2. Why is there no key to your bathroom. We were 4 people sharing a room(2 adults + 2 kids) - it is uncomfortable you can't lock the door and anybody an accidently walk in on you any moment.
Verified review

2/10 Poor

High price, low quality

Aircondition didn't work, so the room was freezing. We couldn't turn on the light when entering the room, and had to turn on each light individually, and the reception said it was due to electricians working another place in the hotel. If you park in the hotel, you cannot leave when you want, you got to talk to reception to be able to get out. Wifi is terrible, and was an issue everywhere in the room or the hotel, except the reception. Breakfast is decent thought. We reached out to reception several times without any issues being solved.

6/10 Good

I was given a room designed as extension suit of the parents for children. Just a door is separating two rooms. The sound isolation was so poor I heard every word they say in the next room. TV and other conversations made my one night stay really not enjoyable. They had the tv on 5:00 am and I could skeep anymore. Those rooms should not he rented this way. Other than that, it is a great hotel with great food and friendly service. Ps. Kitchen was open until after midnight I guess due to world cup games on the big screen. There were waiters & waitresses around close to midnight but the number was insufficient to the extend that to get a beer you had to try to catch someone. Still I appreciated their efforts to please the customers.

Great central location, just a few steps from the Old Town and many excellent local restaurants. The hotel is very family-friendly, and the breakfast offered a delicious variety of choices. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it. Wheelchair users friendly.

Parking access is problematic. And there’s information whatsoever for where to park until you ask and they tell you that go park in the mall parking lot for 80PLN. Besides that, everything else is great

4/10 Fair

Unfortunately, the shower malfunctioned so i could not take one. I only noticed this in the morning so decided not to ring the reception as it would probably take too much time to repair. So it told staff later, upon check-out. Their response: "room number?" I gave that and then they said, "ok, good bye". No excuses, no sorry, no nothing. Very rude and totally not compliant with the high standards I usually enjoy when staying at Novotel's.
