Fair
Not pleasant.
Tired hotel in a terrible area. No restaurant, no bar. Only option to go out for something to eat or drink is a bowling alley nearby under a dark motorway flyover. Breakfast means queuing for plastic plates and plastic cups. Nowhere near enough seats for all the guests. Staff do well but the location. And design is not good. Rooms themselves are large and comfortable though.

Poor
Worst Hotel I have ever stayed in my life
The worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Staff unprofessional and rude. Rooms dated and sub standard.

Comfort Inn Boston great price and friendly team
The staff were great, friendly, helpful and informative. We had a mix up with the airport shuttle on arrival so was asked to get a taxi. Which they discounted off the hotel bill. Gave us directions each day for getting around and the shuttle to the subway was very convenient and got us into the city in no time.

Exceptional
Overall my stay at Comfort Inn was pleasant and suited my purpose for booking a hotel in the first place. The only improvement I would make is being picked up by the hotel shuttle from the airport. We waited over 1.5 hours to be picked up from the airport. Better communication between the front desk and the driver would improve the pick up process immensely. I think it should be stated on the hotel website for individuals to take note of the terminal there are in, before leaving the baggage collection area. This would better aid people when phoning the hotel from the airport letting them know they need a pick up. (Though if you travelling from overseas you are likely to be in Terminal E). I would stay at the hotel again.
