New but not clean.
I loved the room because it is spacious, everything is almost new. The bad thing is that the maintenance and cleaning is very bad, we stayed three nights and they never cleaned our room, no internet connection.

Staff stated there was only two luggage carts for the facility after a third had broken. Folks checking out had to wait their turn to get one. Several guests dissatisfied with the situation, especially when told “corporate” said two were enough for that size property.
