Love this hotel.
Checking in was fantastic. The gentleman that was checking me in got me in the most perfect room and explained directions to our restaurant and which elevator was the quickest for each way of travel. He was very friendly and over all very helpful.

Great hotel with very slow valet service
Amazing hotel been there before. Only complaint is it takes forever to get your car when using the valet option. It was 45 min one time, that’s a long time for 50 dollars a day!!! Every thing else was perfect, I’ll just self park next time

Inconvenient Stay
The check-in at the registration desk was good. However, the noise in the open area made it hard to hear the soft spoken female behind the desk. We stayed in the Magnolia section. The drive-up to the building was closed the three days we stayed. We had to walk a long distance with luggage to the door. Once inside, there are no luggage assistance carts. We then had to tote, by hand, down two very long hallways. There were two elevators out of service during our stay, so we then had to find a different route. The music from the atrium was loud until late at night. Occupants in the next room was loud about four am. It is very easy to hear others-thin walls with no sound insulation. Our room was clean with space. Overall, the time it took us to get anywhere in the hotel took extra time and was not convenient for guests. We believe our next stay will be at Holiday Inn Express-across the street with our next visit.
