Very good
The hotel looks nice on the outside. The recption and foyer are smart, like a modern international hotel. The bedrooms are large. It is clean too. It is used by pilots. Parking is plentiful and free. It is in the middle on nowhere by the airport. The station is close, but cant be accessed by foot. There is a free shuttle to the airport. The corridors look old and tired.

Dirty hitel. Shabby. Rude staff. Amenities not as advertised! Stated bar and restaurant. Both closed for refurbishment without forewarning! No where nearby for either breakfast or dinner. Not acceptable. Very poor Wyndham. Staff coukd not care less.

Very out of date and needs complete redecoration. Bed and bedding clean and comfy as were the towels. The rooms were a good size but very dated and need to be brightened up. Ok for a 1 night stay

We paid for a "Deluxe Room" however we must confess we have stayed in modest places which relatively seemed more 'deluxe' than the room we stayed in this hotel. Perhaps the word in this hotel has different meaning to what we have experienced in other hotels. The room overall looked very tired and the hotel overall needs renovated. The lobby area however was the most pleasant part of our stay as it looks very nice with a cafeteria.

Very clean with large rooms but carpets in our room full of stains. The beds were very comfortable. Rooms look out over the main highway which can be very noisy with constant passing traffic. Food was very nice but don't get conned by the price of bottled water in the small reception shop. 6 dollars! . All the staff were very friendly. Requires a taxi to get anywhere, 12 dollars one way to San Jose, However, the hotel does provide complimentary transport to a nearby shopping mall.

Room ok but lacking enough lights. Old facility, fairly well kept up, good location, shuttle service. Chief complaint: hallways disgusting- unvacumned, littered whole time we were there, late Sat to Monday afternoon. Hotel staff, including restaurant, generally helpful and friendly.
