Location was quiet and convenient. There is a school on the premises so you may hear children midday but not an issue for us. Room was clean, bed and linens were very comfortable, the shower was spacious and amazing. Breakfast was more than what we expected and everything was delicious! Great location walkable to everything. But the entrance is up many stairs with no lift, so keep in mind if you have a lot of large luggage. Room was large and clean, bed comfortable. We didn't make it to the breakfast. We liked that they held our luggage all day after check out.

The hotel was probably the best value for money hotel we've ever stayed in, and would probably say the same if it cost 50% more. First the room was very clean, large and plenty of storage space, nice size bed, sofa and well and brightly decorated. Bathroom had everything and shower was good with plenty of hot water. The staff at reception were very friendly but the standouts were the 2 ladies in the kitchen. The spread they put on every day from freshly baked cakes, fruit, cheese, meats, everything you want and you could even get eggs/bacon, omelettes or pancakes cooked to order. On our last day they even gave us a hug as we were leaving. The location of the hotel was just around the corner from he square, quiet and very convenient. There is an excellent restaurant just round the corner called NaLu, the service, food, drinks & staff are the best, tell them "Whiteside" sent you, they'll get a laugh out of that and will treat you well.
