The WORSE customer service EVER! RUDEST employees!
Worse hotel we’ve ever experienced!! Not even kidding!’ I have never been treated so poorly by customer service in my life !!!!!! The toilet overflowed every time we flushed it.. went to get breakfast with only 10 minutes left the worker looked right at us and lock the door even though we could clearly see there was food left ! They have a space heater in the room with the pool pool was absurdly freezing. The hot tub was even cold!?? Our reservation for the second night didn’t go through on time The front desk called me at 11:05 and said check out was at 11 you guys need to leave but the manner that she said it was so unbelievably rude never been treated so bad !!!!!! At about 1045 I was cuddling in bed with my bf and the maid WALKED right in! My shirt was up and she just stood there. She got mad At me for still being there!!!!! I wouldn’t let me hamster stay in this place!! It was the worse experience at a hotel EVER!! I will NEVER go back EVER! They couldn’t pay me too!!!!

Nice, but loud.
Bring some ear plugs. Walls are thin, heat makes noise, could hear guests talking outside as they walked by, then the train blows the whistle when it passes close by. Clean comfortable room, good breakfast, pool looked good, but didn't use it.

Have stayed here multiple times and will again. Decent rates, Pool & Hot tub. Rarely crowded. Friendly staff, walk to multiple food and drink places.

When in need
The front desk clerks were extremely pleasant. My only indifference is towards the uncouth and unempathetic housekeeper name Brandy. My visit was due to a New England wide power outages. I wholeheartedly respect the check-in time of 3pm. Nevertheless, I was hoping to check in earlier when a room is made available after 11 am checkout and housekeeping thoroughly cleaning it vs releasing all rooms for check-in in a 3pm block. The pleasant front desk clerk asked Brandy, the housekeeper, when will a room be available. Passively asking for the earliest time for me to check-in (professional). Instead of Brandy replying directly to the front desk clerk, she directly looked at me with a reply " You have to check-in at 3pm" The front desk clerk deliberately made effort to not have me in the conversation. Brandy, obviously, didn't care for rules for communication nor empathy for the current situation. Surely one room would've been available at the very least by 2pm?
