Best bed I’ve ever slept in, I will def be booking a return visit
Fabulous location, lovely hotel, great rooms - easily comfortable enough for a family of four.
Good hotel near enough to walk to major attractions and subways.
Fantastic hotel located close to subway and 5th Avenue. Great staff and restaurant excellent
A good location, close to museums and Central Park in a quiet area. As expected (have used them before)room very good, and we had a kitchen this time, but let down by no crockery or cutlery! No coffee/tea making in room is a serious omission, not compensated for by really nice staff. They need to get with customer expectations of a good business class hotel.
This hotel was in a good location and not too close to the crowds. The doormen were amazing and always friendly. The housekeeping were also amazing. They took care and felt like they went that extra mile. The front desk - not so good and we were a little 'duped' twice. Once we booked a blow dry for $60.00 and when we went to pay the salon suggested that owed them $85.00 because we used curler. This had not been agreed prior to the blow dry and the concierge certainly did not tell us about this 'extra'. The really unfortunate event was the mistake made on our bill. If I had not forensically checked my bill, $112.00 would have been charged to my room for room service. Thankfully we were out for dinner that evening and it could not have been us (due to the time on the receipt). But when questioned this was not investigated properly and I had to ask the Manager. They actually then said that it 'happens a lot'!! They did take the charge off, but it was all a bit 'shady'.
Great location and nice clean rooms.
Very good location an friendly staff. Room is good and comfortable
Love the location. Room are nice and spacious and the bar is convivial and breakfast is good. The hotel could improve by providing basic services like free high speed internet and bottles of water. Bathrooms need upgrading for those of us who don’t love shower curtains.
