Unimpressed traveler
My initial room upon arrival had a leak and I was moved to a supposed to be similar room which other than the bed size nothing else was even close to the original room

Okay hotel
Stay was fine, the breakfast bar was not stocked, so we had to ask for items to eat. No fruit. The carpet in the rooms we had really need a cleaning!

Wouldn't risk staying here...
Booked this room for a place to rest overnight while driving to Florida in April. We weren't expecting much given the reviews and price, but the 12 hours we were there were pretty bad. Our first room was alright until we went outside around 10-11pm. We went to go back into our room and there was an electrical problem with the door; the door wouldn't open. We went to the woman working the desk (the actual lobby was closed at this point) who reprogrammed our key. Still didn't work. She seemed incredibly annoyed (literally rolling her eyes and sighing when we would walk up) every time we went back to let her know it still wasn't working. There was also another young man we kept crossing paths with who could not get into his room, either. She essentially told us that she would give us a new room, but there was nothing else she could do. Very convenient considering ALL of our belongings were in the previous room and there is no back door. The door to the adjoining room (where we ended up staying) was sealed shut. Fortunately, my boyfriend was able to force the door open to the first room and retrieve our belongings. The condition of the second room was pretty underwhelming. Dingy, scratched furniture, broken air conditioner with a dying bug on top of it. We left as soon as possible the next morning. I would have chosen a different hotel in town or spent a little more money in Nashville if I could do it all over again. Or slept in my car if I'm being completely honest..

Worst Hotel ive ever stayed at
This was by far the worst motel i have stayed at. The first issue was the 45-minute wait in the lobby to check in while the desk worker was on the phone. The AC unit had no labels on the controls, we had to find a model number to look it up to see which controls were which. Did not matter much as even when on High Cool and the coldest setting it just blew room temp air. The door frame had been damaged to the point that when closed the door could be pushed and pulled back and forth about an inch. (we ended up placing stuff in front of the door to block it, as a decent hit on the door would've popped it open.) The blankets, sheets and towels were all thread bare. The oddest thing about the entire room was in inability for the shower or sink to provide cold water. I have stayed places before where the water would never get hot, but have NEVER experienced water that won’t get cold. We were shocked to see two young children out by the pool with one of the big pool cleaning nets fishing out leaves and debris from the water. At first we thought they were just kids playing around but when we came back by later and they were still cleaning stuff out of the pool we realized they must have been told to clean it. Upon complaining to staff we were told that broken things are rarely repaired and they had no other rooms available. My FAVORITE part of the entire experience was when one employee (upon me complaining) told me to please give the hotel a bad review online and tell everything.
