This was close to being a nice property, but there were a few things that let it down. The cleanliness wasn't great- there were a lot of stails on the carpet, a lot of the cupbaords were partially off their hinges, and the there was a persistent sewage smell in the bathroom. Also, the mattress was very springy and saggy and not comfortable, and there was a stain on the sheet. The mezzanine area depicted in the photos was used for storage, with an old mattress and broken lamp up there.
There was also a lack of attention to the arrival experience. There wasn't a guest book or information about the Wifi written anywhere. We eventually contacted the host for the password, but this was tricky because there is no service in the building. We had to leave to find enough signal so that we could look up the number and send her a message. A guest book, or even a sheet with the wifi on it, would have been appreciated.
On the positive, the location was good and parking was available. But overall, this place needs some cleaning and repair and some attention to the guest experience.
