Best experience ever!
Truly wonderful stay, I had just come from a conference at a world-famous luxury resort and I loved Villa Flori just as much. Dinner at the restaurant was one of the best meals I have ever had!! Cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the amazing service. I will recommend this to everyone visiting Lake Como!!

The hotel location along the water was absolutely amazing. The staff were phenomenal- especially the morning staff during breakfast (Shout out to Ryan!) We didn’t get the names of all of the staff but the ones we did - Mattia and Ryan - were phenomenal. The hotel needed a few updates like carpeting, but we had the most amazing view. Location was central between Cernobbio and Como but you really didn’t want to leave the room because of the view. The food was amazing - we had two meals at the Raimondo and they were delicious. Well done with this hotel which was stunning. Every single person was warm and welcoming and we would highly recommend it.
