The hotel is ideally situated, right opposite The Dolby Centre and very easy to get around. Trips are easy to book and the Hop on Hop off bus takes you everywhere around LA. The staff were lovely, very helpful, Tony the Bellboy, especially who made our trip very memorable. My advice when booking is, if you ask for a Cabana room, make sure it overlooks the pool, as ours didn’t!! Also the bath towels are small in size, but that’s my only moan!! All in all it’s an excellent place to stay. Go to Ruzzo &! Frank’s for dinner, you won’t regret it.

Our room was Not like the Cabana,photos on the website.The air conditioner was noisy,with no fan speed control.However in general,the Roosevelt was acceptable.

The was a perfect oasis in the middle of Hollywood. The rooms were spacious and super clean, the hotel was very historic and the best was the Tropicana Pool, stunning.

Our second time staying didn’t disappoint
Great stay! We stayed with 2 young children the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Excellent help and service around the pool with beds/drinks great atmosphere during the day. Room isn’t very big but was lovely. Bathroom also small but clean and great standard. Location is perfect for Hollywood and is an easy drive around LA.

Fantastic hotel in great location
We stayed at The Roosevelt as a family. The hotel is in a great location right on Hollywood Boulevard and very near the tourist attractions. The Walk of Fame runs right past the front door. The hotel itself is beautiful with a lovely lobby. The pool area is amazing and a real “oasis in the desert” as somewhere to relax when you walk off the very busy street. The bedrooms are not huge but they are fine and that is normal for an older hotel with a lot of character such as this one. This hotel definitely added to my trip to LA and I would definitely stay here again.
