Upon check in it would be really helpful to have a map of the venue so you know where the facilities are. It took me ages to locate my room. There is no information in the rooms of meal times gym and pool opening times, wifi information etc. Could not work out how to open the bedroom windows as no handles on them which is very odd as thw room was very stuffy

Room nice, fluffy towels, good quality breakfast and great choice. We went to the health club only to find out that they don’t supply towels, I am disabled, I walked back to reception they didn’t have any towels there and we didn’t know that we had to take our own towels from our room! I didn’t have the energy to walk all the way back too our room for the towels so we didn’t go to the health club in the end and we were so disappointed.
