It was close to where I needed to go the next day. I was surprised no restaurant was open, that meant I had to back outside for a meal. I know that the Covid has messed a lot of thins but we still all have to go on living. Just be more careful.

The bed was great. Check in was slow, but did accomadate me a day early, thankyou. The room needed more closet/draws. For 2 people it was inadequate. The room is quite spacious. One shared door for closet and washroom which did not close off the washroom properly, very poor design. No restaurant/bar open, lack of facilities that made this hotel great in the past taken away. I understand covid concerns but when I book a full price hotel I expect a bit more for the money. Front desk staff are terrible, one girl there is almost rude to talk to, if your front staff dealing with clients dont understand THEY are providing a service then they shouldnt be on the front counter.

Noisy kids on Executive floor
My room was on the Executive floor, however in the middle of the night I heard toddlers running and screaming/crying in the room next to me. This went on for an hour before I called down to the Front Desk. They sent someone up to address the room but it continued on. There should not be families on the Executive floor.
